Grupotel Mayorazgo, Madrid

The hotel had a really clean room with a terrace, slightly small but with a big bathroom and a lovely balcony with table and chairs. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The location was amazing, in a corner on the Gran Via, very close to Plaza Espana and Callao, and very close to the metro that takes you everywhere. The dining was phenomenal with homemade bread. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor drawbacks.

However, the leaking shower that dripped into the bathroom was a small inconvenience, and the loud noise of the water made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
